SaniGLAZE Technicians (Multiple Locations)

As a SaniGLAZE Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality restoration services our clients expect. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, thrive in a team environment, and want to grow with a company that’s committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and clean tile & grout and other hard surfaces using commercial-grade equipment.

• Apply SaniGLAZE coatings utilized in processes such as GroutGLAZE, EnduraGLAZE, ChromaGLAZE, and VariGLAZE MAX.

• Ensure top-quality execution and customer satisfaction on every job site.

• Follow strict safety and quality control procedures.

• Collaborate with project leads and team members to meet project timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable with physical labor and working on your feet.

• Experience in construction, flooring, painting, or janitorial services is a plus—but not required.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
