Percy Rosenbloom III
Founder and Chairman of the Board
Percy has served as President and CEO of SaniGLAZE International, LLC, since founding the company in January of 2000. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Percy attended Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida. His working career began in his early teens working for Royal Services, Inc., his family’s janitorial contracting business. Royal was founded in 1914 by Percy’s grandfather, Percy Sr., and grew into a multi-state, multi-faceted enterprise under his visionary father, Percy, Jr.
Before starting SaniGLAZE International, Percy held several positions within the family enterprise: Plant Manager for Technical Materials, a boutique, light manufacturing company; General Manager for Royal Valet, a residential carpet cleaning company; President of Creative Management Systems, a developer of maintenance management software; and Executive Vice President of Royal Services, Inc.
Percy enjoys the challenge of serving and working with a diverse group of entrepreneurial professional companies who represent the SaniGLAZE brand in metropolitan areas across the U.S. and Canada. He understands the importance of blending individual creativity and drive with a shared vision and goals; he thrives on pushing the standards to remain a world leader and innovator in solutions for the restoration and preservation of tile and grout and other hard surfaces as well.
Percy is married with three grown children and several grandchildren that keep him on the run. He is active in his church, Riverside Presbyterian, having served as a deacon and elder. Percy also serves actively in the Rotary Club of Jacksonville, the Winston (formerly Yates) Family YMCA, the Memorial Park Association, and on the Executive Board of the North Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He likes to stay fit by hitting the Y gym in the early morning and cycling with the North Florida Bicycle Club. He also enjoys scuba diving and croquet.
Carter Rosenbloom
President & CEO
Carter serves as the President & CEO of SaniGLAZE International. He began his career at the Company as General Manager in January 2019, where he took on numerous roles in marketing, product development, and logistics. If there is an area that needs assistance, he is there to help. As a Rosenbloom, working with his Father, CEO, Percy Rosenbloom III, and brother Hoyt, he is proud to be a part of the SaniGLAZE family business.
After graduating from Mercer University in 2006, Carter quickly went to work for a local beer distributer as a sales representative. In 2008 Carter went to work for his mother, Betty Rosenbloom, at IDCards.com. Carter took over the business in 2010 when Betty retired. IDCards.com was started by Carter’s grandfather, Percy Rosenbloom Jr.,in 1978 under the original business name Photokards. It is the oldest business still running in the Rosenbloom family.
When not working, Carter enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and when finds the time, he likes to build furniture in his woodshop.
Hoyt Rosenbloom
Chief Financial Officer
Hoyt Rosenbloom serves as the Senior VP and CFO of SaniGLAZE International, where he analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity and efficiency. He also helps manage the marketing department. He is one of three Rosenbloom family members currently at SaniGLAZE, and enjoys working alongside his father, Percy Rosenbloom, and his brother, Carter Rosenbloom.
Hoyt is familiar working in a family business setting. Before joining SaniGLAZE, he spent eight years as a Valuation Analyst for Sheldrick, McGehee, & Kohler, a business valuation firm focused on providing valuations for small to medium sized privately owned companies, where his uncle, Steve Rosenbloom, serves as the president. Prior to that, he worked at FCC Equipment Finance, a commercial finance company focused on providing loans for construction equipment.
Hoyt graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a BA in Business Administration, and received his MBA in 2012 from the University of North Florida.
In his off time, Hoyt enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and being outdoors, either on his bike or on the boat.
Michele Yonash
Chief Operating Officer
Michele serves as a Vice President and COO of SaniGLAZE International, or as we like to call her, Mrs. SaniGLAZE. She is one of the longest tenured active employees at the Company, having been with SaniGLAZE since it's inception.
When not working, Michele enjoys spending her free time with her two daughters and throwing strikes with her bowling league team. She is also a strong supporter of causes that help homeless animals, and in the morning before work she can usually can be found safe shelter and food to the colony of stray cats that live behind the SaniGLAZE office...and yes, she has had them all either spayed and neutered.
Rich Stewart
National Technical Training Director
Rich Stewart has been a key resource in the SaniGLAZE Program since its inception. He has been highly involved in every development and all new product launches. Rich has trained hundreds of technicians for SaniGLAZE service professionals from coast to coast, plus Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Prior to coming on board with SaniGLAZE International, Rich spent 20 years as a project manager and HR manager for Royal Services, SaniGLAZE International’s parent company.
Chip Wilkening
Vice President of Business Development
Chip joined the executive team at SANIGLAZE International in May 2014. Chip is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) who has vast experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, medical and entertainment facilities. Chip has over 24 years experience bringing innovative solutions to the facility services industry including owning his own company, and managing and growing two large facilities service companies. Chip has extensive knowledge in floor care and holds many IICRC certifications.
Chip began his building services career with a family owned company, Wil-Kleen Building Services in Illinois. Chip then founded Crystal Clean Building Services in North Carolina, which he sold after six years of successful operation. Chip became the regional manager for Sunstates Maintenance Corporation and after four years and was recruited to become the Division Support Vice President and Leadership Team member for MMMM, a large mid-western maintenance company, where he worked for ten years. MMMM purchased Royal Services (the founding company of SaniGLAZE) which led to his eventual position at SaniGLAZE International.
Chip enjoys working with facility managers and interfaces daily with businesses across the United Sates helping to bring the best tile and grout maintenance solutions to our customers. His knowledge of the industry has been a tremendous asset to SaniGLAZE and its service providers.
Chip attended Iowa State University and studied mechanical engineering and business. Chip has traveled the world while serving 8.5 years in the United States Marine Corps including assignments at US Embassies and the Gulf War. Chip is married and has three children, including a daughter who attends Florida State University. He enjoys fishing and biking on the beach.
William Atkins
VP Marketing
William serves as the Vice President of Marketing at SaniGLAZE International. A Gulf Coast native from Destin, FL, he began his career in Information Technology at a Fortune 500 hospitality investment group in Atlanta, GA.
William graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, focusing on Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Business Writing.
William exhibits a high level of proficiency in graphic design, coding, artificial intelligence, and open-source platforms. With an unwavering dedication to efficiency, he strives to achieve optimal cost-savings for the most effective output.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, grilling, and researching military & aviation technologies.
